Bio

Flutist Kaitlynn Rodriguez has performed with various youth orchestras in her earlier musical journey at many well known concert halls such as the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, and the prestigious Carnegie Hall in New York City. Rodriguez is very much experienced in many genres of music including baroque, classical, jazz, and contemporary music. Along with having a wide range of experience performing with different ensembles, she also has had years of solo performance experience. Rodriguez enjoys expressing herself through the music she performs  and is greatly influenced by contemporary musicians and composers such as UK flutist, Ian Clarke.

Kaitlynn Rodriguez is originally from Southern California and now lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she is earning her Masters degree in flute performance at the University of Michigan. She has been studying and playing the flute for the past thirteen years and plans on continuing her studies by earning her Masters Degree.
